Shipping and delivery methods and deadlines may change depending on the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation. We do not guarantee this period during periods of Promotions, Sales, Christmas, Black Friday and out of stock.

After the order has been dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the order passes to the respective transport company. Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not give rise to the right to compensation. Shipping costs may be modified at any time and without prior notice. In any case, the shipping costs that appear when placing the order will be valid.

Extra shipping may be charged under the following conditions:
- Mainland Portugal - orders over 5kg.
- Azores and Madeira (2-3 days) - orders over 5kg.
- Azores and Madeira (10-15 days) - orders over 5kg are charged €1.20/kg.
- Peninsula Spain (2-3 days) - orders over 5kg.
- International Shipping - orders over 5kg are charged extra shipping, as well as orders weighing over 30kg will have to be divided into 2 volumes and shipping will be charged for each of them.

Terramay declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products they wish to order. The risk of damage or loss is passed on to the buyer at the time of delivery or, if delivery is mistakenly refused when attempted, or if the details provided are not correct. Surcharges may apply if the buyer is not present at the time and place of delivery. An order is considered "delivered" with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
