Payments

You can pay with Multibanco Reference, with Visa, Maestro, American Express, through MBWay or through a Paypal account. We use the company SIBS to process payments by credit card and, ATM and MB Way, and PayPal Business Services for payments with PayPal. Credit cards are subject to validation and authorization checks by the credit card issuing entity . If we do not receive the necessary authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you.

ATM

When choosing this option, you will be sent an email and a text message with the necessary details to make the payment. You must make payment within 24 hours. *The stock reservation for your purchase will only be made after payment confirmation.

MB Way
MB WAY is an ATM solution that allows you to make online payments using your smartphone, tablet or PC. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a notification from the MB Way app on your smartphone to enter your payment authorization. During this process, you should not return to the Terramay page. Give authorization in the MB Way application and the purchase page will automatically be updated.

PayPal
It is used exclusively for online purchases. With a PayPal account you can choose to link your credit card or bank account to PayPal and make secure purchases. You will be redirected to the PayPal page where you will log in and validate the payment. After that you will return to the Terramay page.

Visa/Mastercard
This payment requires the entry of valid credit card details. If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, preventing the payment from being completed. Credit cards are subject to validation and authorization checks by the credit card issuer. If we do not receive the necessary authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you. Always check whether 3D-secure is active at your banking institution.
